Watch: Jamal Agnew gives Jaguars life with 54-yard kick return

An early 10-0 deficit threatened to suck the life out of the packed house at TIAA Bank Field, but Jamal Agnew came to save the day for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

After the Tennessee Titans scored a touchdown to take the double-digit lead, Agnew fielded the ensuing kickoff four yards deep in the end zone and took it 54 yards out to midfield.

The momentum immediately shifted back to the Jaguars and the team took advantage with a six-play drive that ended with a 25-yard touchdown pass from Trevor Lawrence to Christian Kirk.

Earlier in the game, Lawrence and Agnew combined for a disastrous trick play that turned into a fumble and set up the Titans with a free possession. Both players wasted no time responding.

Agnew, 27, returned a kickoff and a missed field goal for a pair of touchdowns during the 2021 season. He’s been unable to break free for a return touchdown this year, though.
