It’s the best time of the year for college baseball fans.

Eight teams have officially punched their ticket to Omaha for the 2022 College World Series. Six of those were road teams for their Super Regionals.

The most shocking upset came by way of Notre Dame taking down the No. 1 team in the country, Tennessee. No. 2 Stanford, No. 5 Texas A&M, No. 9 Texas and No. 14 Auburn are the only ranked teams in Omaha this year.

Oklahoma, Arkansas, Ole Miss and Notre Dame make up the rest of the field. The eight teams are split into two brackets for double elimination play. The College World Series will begin on Friday, June 17 and last through Monday, June 27.
