WATCH: How has the development of Ime Udoka’s coaching helped the Boston Celtics?

While the lion’s share of attention has been on the growth and development of the Boston Celtics over the course of the 2021-22 NBA season has been trained squarely on the players, it is also worth mentioning that the team’s new, first-time head coach Ime Udoka has shown some significant growth in that role as well.

More importantly, the synergy between the development of the team’s coaching and play creating a much-improved product on the court and in the standings. Together, the Celtics could be a formidable force in the Eastern Conference postseason this year — how much credit should Udoka’s coaching get after tightening the team’s rotation, finding novel ways to use starting center Robert Williams III, and other such mid-season adjustments?\
