In the NFL offseason, you might be lucky enough to see one of your favorite players in your local gym, working out until it’s time to rejoin his team.

And if you do, you might be unlucky enough to be on the receiving end of a filthy block.

Twitter user @Greg_2k posted video of his area LA Fitness facility, where 2017 No. 1 pick Myles Garrett was putting in some time, including on the basketball court.

With an unnamed player coming in for a dunk, Garrett takes off, blocking the shot:

Garrett, a native of Arlington, Texas, was a varsity letter-winner in basketball at the city’s Martin High School and standout shot put and discus thrower in track and field in addition to his dominant career on the football field.

He was a two-time first-team All-American at Texas A&M before the Cleveland Browns drafted him last May. Garrett had 31 total tackles and seven sacks in 11 games this season.
