How to watch Alabama gymnastics at NCAA Regional Championships: time, streaming info
Alabama gymnastics will compete in the NCAA Regional Championships this week with hopes of advancing to nationals.
The No. 8 seed Crimson Tide will compete in the Michigan Regional at the Crisler Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan. There, they will face the regional host, No. 9 seed Michigan, as well as Kent State and Penn State in a quad meet. The top two teams out of those four will advance to the regional final, where they will take on the top two out of No. 1 seed Oklahoma, No. 16 seed NC State, Ohio State and Illinois.
Alabama is hitting its stride just in time for the postseason. Each of the Crimson Tide's top four scores this season have come within the past five meets, with three of those being above 198. Alabama is coming off a second-place finish at the SEC Championships where the Tide scored 197.75, losing to No. 2 seed LSU (198.075) but securing wins over No. 4 seed Florida (197.3) and No. 7 seed Kentucky (197.6).
