Mason Lindsey, Bronson Wrestling- Lindsey finished his dual meet week at 3-0 before going on to take first place at the Battle Creek Bill Evans Memorial Invitational in the 165 pound division. Lindsey’s run through his bracket was so impressive he was voted by opposing coaches as the Most Valuable Wrestler for the heavier weights at the tournament.

Micha Paul, Quincy Wrestling- Paul was the surprise of the Grass Lake Invitational on Saturday, winning the 150-pound weight class after upsetting the number two seed via pin fall, before winning over the top seed via medical forfeit. With the huge gold medal Paul improved his season-long record to 15-7 overall.

Aidan Decker, Union City Basketball- Decker had a huge week on the hardwood, leading the Chargers to a tough pair of losses from inside the paint. Decker finished the Concord game with a team high 23 points to go with 10 rebounds, while adding 11 points and 10 rebounds in a tough OT loss to Bronson this past week.
