Video: Rafael Nadal, Iker Casillas among Spanish stars to send Ilia Topuria support ahead of UFC 298
Ilia Topuria has an array of Spanish celebrities wishing him luck for UFC 298.
Topuria (14-0 MMA, 6-0 UFC) challenges featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski (26-3 MMA, 13-2 UFC) in Saturday’s UFC 298 headliner (pay-per-view, ESPN, ESPN+) at Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif.
Ahead of the biggest fight of his career, Topuria has received good luck messages from some of the biggest stars in sport such as soccer legends Iker Casillas and Andres Iniesta, as well as 22-time Grand Slam winning tennis star Rafael Nadal.

Topuria has aspirations of bringing the UFC to Spain this year, and is confident that it happens. He plans on beating Volkanovski, then calling out Conor McGregor for a fight in Real Madrid’s stadium Santiago Bernabeu.
