United 8 all-conference boys and girls basketball teams, players and coaches of the year

The 2023-2024 Fayetteville-area high school winter sports season has ended, and United 8 Conference coaches have voted on all-conference teams in boys and girls basketball.

Seventy-First's historic season ended with disappointment in the NCHSAA 3A state title game, but not before securing a second 3A East title in three years with its big win over Westover to win the season series.

Cape Fear girls had a successful season but fell at home to the 3A East champion Terry Sanford in the fourth round of the NCHSAA playoffs.
