UFC London Attendance and Gate: O2 Arena Sold Out in 36 Hours

The Ultimate Fighting Championship returned to the O2 Arena in London on Saturday for UFC Fight Night 37: Gustafsson vs. Manuwa.

The event was a sellout, according to UFC president Dana White.

The O2 Arena filled with 14,604 people in attendance, accounting for a live gate of $2,056,000.

“Tonight was a very, very big night for the UFC. This event sold out in 36 hours,” said White. “It was the first event live in 178 countries on Fight Pass. Fight Pass killed it tonight.”

White declined to reveal any specific numbers for the UFC Fight Pass digital subscription service, which stream the entire event live.

“The fighters, everybody put on an amazing performance tonight.”

The currently has UFC plans to return to the O2 Arena in London on Feb. 28, 2015.
