After a first-round bye and an 87-60 quarterfinal win over Xavier on Thursday, the UConn men have advanced to the semifinals of the Big East Conference Tournament where they will play St. John’s. The game is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Friday at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
