Tracking the biggest transfer portal moves in the Big Ten Conference
At this point in the college football calendar, rosters are in flux across the nation. Players are moving to new teams, and recruits are getting ready to make it official at the next level. It’s a wild time, where things change by the day.
For the Oregon Ducks, we’ve been keeping track of players to enter the transfer portal, as well as potential targets that the Ducks should look at, and a wish list of players who we hope land with the team.
As things progress in the portal, we figured it would be a good idea to try and keep track of some of the most notable transfer portal moves being made in the Big Ten Conference, where the Ducks are set to compete in 2024. There have already been some big moves, such as Michigan State landing a new quarterback, or Ohio State losing their quarterback. As the calender continues to churn, more big names will come and go as well.
Here’s our updated tracker of the most notable roster additions or subtractions to take place in the Big Ten this offseason:
Ohio State Loses QB Kyle McCord

The Latest: Kyle McCord announced his transfer to the Syracuse Orange over the weekend. The Ohio State Buckeyes don’t have a clear front-runner to take over as the QB1 in 2024, but are still looking in the transfer portal.
Michigan State Adds QB Aidan Chiles

Oregon Adds QB Dillon Gabriel
