These are the top Southwestern Indiana high school athletes for April 8-13

Monday, April 8

Jett Goldsberry, Heritage Hills: The sophomore set a new school record in the 200 meters with a time of 21.78 seconds in a meet against Jasper. He also won the 100 and long jump.

Peyton Gray, Heritage Hills: The sophomore was 3 for 5 with a home run, triple and two RBI in a 14-2 win against Tell City.

Tuesday, April 9

Hudson Allen, Southridge: The senior was 3 for 4 with two doubles and one run in a 6-3 win against South Spencer.

Taylor Ash, Tecumseh: The senior was 3 for 4 with a double, two runs and three RBI in a win against Pike Central.

Trevor Berg, Forest Park: The senior went 3 for 4 and drove in the go-ahead run in a 4-2 victory against Tell City.

Riken Burkett, Princeton: The senior allowed only two hits with two walks and nine strikeouts in five innings of an 11-1 win over Pike Central.

Brayden Caldemeyer, Mater Dei: The junior was 2 for 3 with a double and two RBI in a 6-3 win over Central.

Will Coleman, Castle: The junior struck out 12 and allowed four hits, plus drove in the only Knights' run, in a 1-0 shutout victory against No. 4 North.

Raegan Etolen, Princeton: The senior hit two home runs and earned the win in the circle in a 9-4 win over Loogootee.

Matthew Fisher, Memorial: The junior struck out nine in five innings and went 2 for 4 with a RBI in a 5-4 win over Jasper.

Alton Ostby, Washington: The sophomore allowed two hits in six innings and struck out 11 while batting 2 for 4 with three RBI in a 10-1 win against Mount Vernon.

Carly Potts, Gibson Southern: The sophomore was 5 for 5 with three doubles and two RBI in a 15-4 win over Boonville.

Kaitlyn Randle, Forest Park: The junior hit two home runs and was walked three times in a loss to South Spencer.

Kaylee Schmitt, South Spencer: The junior went 5 for 5 with two doubles, a home run and four RBI in a 17-9 win against Forest Park.

Miley Sperling, Gibson Southern: The freshman went 3 for 5 with a home run and four RBI in a win at Boonville.

Jay Sutton, Harrison: The junior drove in three runs for the Warriors in a 7-6 win against Reitz.

Thursday, April 11

Peyton Blackard, Gibson Southern: The junior tied the school record for nine holes with a 31 at Cambridge as the Titans also set the team record at 131.

Ben Gries, Mater Dei: The senior was the match medalist with a 37 at Western Hills County Club in a victory over Mount Vernon.

Braden Perry, North: The junior only gave up two hits in six-plus innings and struck out six in a 5-4 conference win over Memorial.

Friday, April 12

Molly Bell, Reitz: The senior went 2 for 4 with a home run, double and three RBI in a 6-2 win at Jasper.

Kade Buecher, North Posey: The junior was 2 for 3 with a home run in a 4-1 win against Heritage Hills.

Katelyn Harris, Boonville: The senior went 3 for 3 with two doubles, two RBIs and two runs in a 12-4 victory against Pike Central.

Kai Kunz, Jasper: The junior allowed two hits and a run and struck out 11 on the mound in a 7-2 victory against New Albany.

Ryan Lambert, Castle: The senior hit two doubles and drove in four runs in a 14-1 win over Reitz.

Jaxon Lueken, Forest Park: The sophomore was 2 for 3 with a double and two RBI, plus pitched five scoreless innings with seven strikeouts in a 10-0 win against Gibson Southern.

Saturday, April 13

Alaina Allyn, Mount Vernon: The sophomore struck out 12 and went 2 for 4 at the plate in a 3-2 win against Forest Park.

Grace Archer, Vincennes Lincoln: The sophomore went 3 for 3 with a home run, double, three runs and four RBI in a win over Bosse.

Aubrey Baker, Castle: The junior was 2 for 5 with a triple and two RBI in an 11-2 win over Apollo.

Kaleb Bard, Harrison: The senior hit a two-run double and walked twice in an 11-1 win over Central.

Raden Benson, Vincennes Lincoln: The senior had three hits including a home run plus struck out seven in four innings of an 8-1 win over Tecumseh.

Seth Deom, Heritage Hills: The senior batted 3 for 4 with two RBI in an 11-2 win against Boonville.

Kamryn Elliott, Princeton: The sophomore went 3 for 4 with a double and three RBI in a 4-3 victory against Central Noble.

James Hoffman, Mater Dei: The senior was 2 for 4 with a double, two runs and three RBI in a 13-3 victory over Mount Vernon.

Jordan Mackey, Harrison: The senior was 5 for 8 with a home run, two doubles and four RBI in three games at Lebanon.

Andrew Noblitt, Jasper: The senior went 3 for 5 with a double and three runs in a 10-2 win over Scottsburg.

Rylie Schipp, Heritage Hills: The senior pitched a two-hit shutout with 10 strikeouts in a 2-0 win against Jasper.

Caleb Schnarr, Jasper: The junior won a four-way playoff for medalist at the Washington Invitational after shooting a 1-over 73.

Landon Terry, Tell City: The junior broke the school records in the 100 (10.92 seconds) and 200 (22.27) at the Marksmen Invitational.

Seth Wagler, Barr-Reeve: The junior pitched a five-hit shutout with eight strikeouts in an 8-0 victory over South Spencer.

Claire Wagner, Mater Dei: The senior hit two home runs and drove in four runs in a 20-9 win over Forest Park.
