Top 2025 Michigan football commit hitting the road for visits in June

Chris Ewald Jr. was the first commitment Michigan football received in the class of 2025. The 6-foot cornerback announced his intentions to go to the Wolverines back in December of 2022.

Ewald, a top-100 and four-star recruit, has been solid with Michigan and the coaching staff. He has been seen on Twitter heavily recruiting players to come play in Ann Arbor and showing enthusiasm when the Wolverines get a commitment.

Since his commitment to Michigan, the Hollywood (Florida) Chaminade-Madonna Prep. recruit has been getting a ton of interest and offers from other schools. He has over 20 scholarship offers and some of significance like Alabama, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, and USC.

With his recruitment gaining more traction, Ewald announced on Twitter that he would be hitting the road in early June to visit some different schools. He will visit Miami (June 1), Tennessee (June 2), Florida State (June 8), USC (June 14), and finishing out with Michigan (June 22).

Michigan has two players committed for the 2025 cycle and Ewald is a big target for the Wolverines. Even though he is committed to Michigan, the Wolverines will need to continue to recruit him and make sure they seal the deal to sign him when the 2025 cycle is complete.
