Tommy DeVito missed his window to shower before the showers stopped working at FedEx Field

Giants quarterback Tommy DeVito will remember his first win, for good reasons and at least one that was not-so-good.

"Showers were not working," DeVito told PFT by phone after the 31-19 win over the Commanders at FedEx Field. "No hot water at first. It was all cold water and then eventually there was no water at all."

DeVito missed the window to get himself clean before the trip home.

"I was waiting to try to get some water out of the sink," DeVito said. He also said some guys were used bottled water as a substitute for water in, you know, pipes.

If you asked most NFL fans which stadium would be the most likely to have its showers stop working, it would definitely be FedEx Field. The sooner that place is torn down, the better.

Meanwhile, during Monday's PFT Live, Simms compared DeVito's performance to the Lufthansa heist in Goodfellas. The biggest difference, of course, is that when Henry Hill found out it had happened, he was in a shower that was actually working.
