Titans activate Chris Jackson from Reserve/COVID-19 list

The Tennessee Titans are getting a reinforcement in their secondary ahead of the Week 14 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The team announced on Thursday that defensive back and 2020 seventh-round pick, Chris Jackson, has been activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list, where he had been since November 28, missing two games.

Jackson has appeared in a total of eight games this season, making starts in three. While he had a significant role through Week 8, his playing time has diminished in the three games he’s played in since.

The Marshall product has 21 combined tackles (12 solo, one for loss) and one pass defensed during his rookie campaign.

Tennessee is hoping to more reinforcements with the return of another Jackson this week — Adoree’ that is. The Titans’ No. 1 corner finally practiced for the first time in weeks on Wednesday, albeit in a limited fashion.

The Titans and Jaguars will kickoff at noon CT on Sunday at TIAA Bank Field.
