Here are three Super Bowl 2024 special bets you can wager on for Chiefs vs 49ers

Super Bowl 58 weekend has finally arrived as we get ready for the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers to take the field Sunday at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

We end my 2024 Super Bowl primer with one of my favorite betting options every year where sportsbooks offer featured specials at a relatively decent value.

This year, we turn to FanDuel Sportsbook for three solid offers on this year's Super Bowl.

Here are my three best featured specials to wager on for Super Bowl 58 this weekend:

Isiah Pacheco to rush for 30+ yards in each half (+180)

We start with the former Rutgers running back from New Jersey to have a big day on the ground.

As I've mentioned in different columns leading up to the Super Bowl, I expect Pacheco to have another solid performance in the Super Bowl.

If you've watched any of these 49ers playoff games, you've seen that their defensive line has constantly been overwhelmed by the opposing offensive line.

While the Chiefs will likely be without one of their best offensive lineman in Joe Thuney, I do believe Kansas City is going to establish the run early and often on Sunday.

Pacheco has been a force this postseason as he's eclipsed this total in all three postseason games and already has 63 carries as one of the most reliable weapons in this offense.

With all of these factors, him rushing for 30+ yards in each half seems almost as a given and is a must-bet in my eyes at nearly 2/1 odds.

Brandon Aiyuk and Travis Kelce combine for over 200 receiving yards (+400)

Aiyuk and Kelce have been the clear-cut top receiving options for their respective teams.

Even though Aiyuk was the 49ers' leading receiver in the regular season, the 25-year-old has only the third most receiving yards on the team this postseason despite being second in targets.

This dominant Chiefs defense has to focus on the variety of weapons San Francisco has, and I'm betting that out of the group, Aiyuk has the biggest performance in receiving yards.

On the other side, many thought this could be the start of the decline for Kelce after a somewhat underwhelming regular season.

However, he's turned into his old, dominant self in the postseason. Kelce has recorded at least 71 receiving yards in all three games and has been the leading receiver in each of the last two, including going for 11 catches and 116 yards in the AFC Championship.

Since I'm expecting this to be a high-scoring game, I'm banking that these two vertical threats will exceed this line and is worth wagering on, especially with odds of 4/1 as of Friday.

Christian McCaffrey to score first TD and Travis Kelce to score last TD (+2800)

Here's my favorite longshot bet of Super Bowl 58.

I anticipate the 49ers will win the toss and surprisingly go down the field to take the lead on the back of McCaffrey, who's the odds-on-favorite at FanDuel (+340) to score the first touchdown on Super Bowl Sunday.

With this one being close late, you know Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes will be looking for his go-to weapon in Kelce during crunch time.

In the three Super Bowls they've appeared in, Kelce has scored in two of them, with the lone exception being Super Bowl 55, where he still posted 10 catches for 133 receiving yards.

After scoring the opening touchdown of Super Bowl 57, I see the nine-time Pro Bowler getting in the end zone late in the fourth quarter with the go-ahead touchdown.

At 28/1 odds, this special is way too valuable to pass up, especially when you can get nearly 30 times your return here.
