For the third time,4-star forward Rashaud Marshall commits to Ole Miss basketball

OXFORD — For the third time, four-star recruit Rashaud Marshall is a member of Ole Miss basketball's Class of 2023.

After leaving the fold once following coach Kermit Davis' ousting and again last week, the 6-foot-9 forward announced he's committed to the Rebels once again on his Instagram account.

"I'm back," Marshall wrote Monday.

If Marshall has indeed rejoined the Rebels' class for good, it's a key recruiting win for new coach Chris Beard.

Marshall is from Blytheville (Arkansas) High School and is the No. 113 overall prospect in the Class of 2023, and the No. 14 center, according to the 247Sports Composite.

It's the second piece of good news for Beard on the recruiting front to begin the week. Three-star Texas native Cameron Barnes announced his pledge to the Rebels on Monday.

A 2023 class that has been in flux since Davis' departure now includes, Barnes, Marshall and unranked forward Jacob Gazzo.
