Tennessee Titans earn No. 7 overall pick in 2024 NFL Draft

The Tennessee Titans are locked into the No. 7 pick in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft.

Tennessee's draft position remained the same as it was before Week 18, even with the Titans' upset win over the Jaguars that knocked Jacksonville out of the playoffs.

The Titans are facing an important offseason and an offseason of transition. Ryan Tannehill and Derrick Henry's contacts are expiring. Major help is needed across the offensive line, at wide receiver and in the secondary. Mike Vrabel's future with the franchise is unclear, according to multiple reports.

Tennessee should be in position to select at least one of the expected top offensive tackles in the 2024 draft. Notre Dame's Joe Alt and Penn State's Olu Fashanu headline the offensive line class and are expected to be high draft picks. Both feature the size and athleticism to play left tackle in the NFL.

The Titans currently do not own their 2024 third-round pick, which was sent to Arizona last April in the trade to acquire the picks to select Will Levis in the second round and Tyjae Spears in the third round.

Who has No. 1 pick in 2024 NFL Draft?

The Chicago Bears locked up the No. 1 overall pick when the Panthers secured the worst record in the NFL two weeks ago. Chicago acquired Carolina's 2024 first round pick in last winter's trade that sent the 2023 No. 1 overall pick (Bryce Young) to the Panthers.
