Tennessee high school football scores, TSSAA live updates for Week 9 in Nashville area
It's Week 9 of the Tennessee high school football season.
For a lot of teams, this means a week off. There are more than 50 Middle Tennessee teams off for this week of the TSSAA regular season, creating a lighter schedule. There are only 47 games involving Nashville area programs this week with 42 scheduled for today.
The Tennessean's Game of the Week is one of the biggest rivalry games in the state. Oakland (6-1, 3-0 in 4-6A) travels to Riverdale (4-3, 1-2) for the Battle of the 'Boro. These two schools turned 50 years old this season.
