Tennessee high school football scores: Week 7 TSSAA live updates
Week 7 of the Tennessee high school football season is headlined by a Division II-AA showdown with a look toward the playoffs.
Davidson Academy travels to FRA in a DII-AA Middle region matchup. The game may decide the top of the region and the Mr. Football race in Division II-AA that currently has Davidson Academy QB Knox Roberts among the favorites.
Elsewhere, Hillsboro faces Nolensville in a Region 6-5A battle. Are the Burros a real threat in Class 5A? Can Nolensville rebound from last week's tough loss to Centennial? We'll find out the answers on Friday.

Brentwood Academy loses to Clearwater Academy (Florida), falls to 1-6
Despite George MacIntyre's 310 yards and two touchdowns, Brentwood Academy falls to 1-6 after losing 34-25 to Clearwater Academy (Fla.).
Shavar Young had 143 receiving yards and a touchdown in the loss. BA briefly took the lead in the second quarter after a fake punt extended a drive, but Clearwater scored two touchdowns before the half to take a 12-point lead into the break.
The Eagles could not string a drive together down by 9 to cut into Clearwater's lead in the fourth quarter. Up next for Brentwood Academy: Knoxville Catholic before a open week.
