Now's the time for golf fans to make sure they don't miss a milestone week in golf history.

Tickets for the 50th Players Championship March 12-17, 2024, at the Players Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass went on sale Thursday through theplayers.com/tickets.

“Over the past 50 years, this legendary event and its iconic venue have become a sanctuary for passionate fans and a symbol of athletic excellence, and we cannot wait to celebrate the storied history of this championship this upcoming March," said Players executive director Lee Smith. "The team is hard at work to ensure that this year’s offerings are thrilling, inspiring and relentlessly entertaining as is standard for The Players."

The Players, the flagship event of the PGA Tour, annually has the deepest field in professional golf, which will chase a total purse of $25 million — also the highest among PGA Tour events and major championships. Scottie Scheffler is the defending champion.

Tournament week begins on March 12 with Military Appreciation Day and a free concert at the 17th hole's Island green. After a practice round on March 13, the competitive rounds will be March 14-17 — the second time the final round of The Players has been held on St. Patrick's Day since it returned to a March date in 2019.

Fans can guarantee the lowest ticket prices by purchasing them early. They will be "dynamically priced," and the price will increase with demand. Up to six tickets per day, per account can be purchased. They start as low as $30 per day, plus taxes and fees.
