The Miami Dolphins sure made it interesting on Sunday night.

But in the end, Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles fended off the Dolphins' push to seal the "Sunday Night Football" win. The Eagles rallied late after a Dolphins comeback to secure the 31-17 win at Lincoln Financial Field. That avenged the Eagles' only loss of the season, when they fell to the New York Jets last week, and handed the Dolphins just their second loss of the season.

The Eagles were in full control in the first half, and seemed ready to take a 17-3 lead into the break. That, however, is when the Dolphins finally kicked in. Tua Tagovailoa hit Tyreek Hill for a 27-yard score with less than a minute left before halftime, which cut the game to a single possession.

The Dolphins scored first in the second half, too, after Jerome Baker ran back an interception 22 yards into the end zone to tie the game up.

The Eagles ended the Dolphins' run right there. After Jalen Hurts found A.J. Brown for a 14-yard touchdown right away to take the lead again, Darius Slay intercepted Tagovailoa to give Philadelphia the ball right back in the fourth quarter. The Eagles then capped a 13-play drive with another touchdown, which finally put the game out of reach and gave them the 14-point win.

Tagovailoa went 23-of-32 for 216 yards with a touchdown and an interception for the Dolphins. Hill finished with 88 yards and a touchdown on 11 receptions. Hurts went 23-of-31 for 279 yards and two touchdowns with an interception. Brown finished with 137 yards and a touchdown on 10 receptions.
