Steve Nash is irate following a dreadful loss to the LA Lakers

Steve Nash, coach of the Brooklyn Nets, was not afraid to be open about how he feels about losing what many can say was a big game to the Los Angeles Lakers on Saturday. Before the game was even finished at the beginning of the fourth quarter, Nash was pulled aside and said “we don’t have the right application to win this game.”

At the postgame press conference, the Canadian legend continued detailing the disappointing loss: “They hit first and we didn’t match their physicality or competitive fire.”

This is not the first time Nash has shown frustration with his team’s effort. Every time Brooklyn does not show up for a game, in regards to matching the opposing team’s energy, he calls it out in the postgame press conference so that players understand that if they don’t show up 48 minutes, the wins won’t come.
