Steelers name Aaron Curry inside linebackers coach

On Wednesday, the Pittsburgh Steelers announced they had hired former first-round pick Aaron Curry to be the team’s inside linebackers coach.

Last season, Curry coached the outside linebackers for the Seattle Seahawks but will move inside for Pittsburgh. Curry was with Seattle from 2019-2022 as a defensive assistant. Curry was also the No. 4 overall pick by the Seahawks back in 2009 out of Wake Forest.

Let us know in the comments what you think of the hire of Curry by the Steelers. Can he help the struggling inside linebackers or is he miscast after having success coaching edge rushers? Join the conversation.
