It wasn't exactly pretty. But hey, at this stage of the season, it doesn't have to be.

The St. Clair girls soccer team vanquished Goodrich, 4-1, in a Division 2 regional semifinal at Linden High School on Tuesday.

Kennedy Hollerbach scored three goals for the Saints, who improved to 15-2-1 and advanced to Thursday's regional final against Linden. Ella Farkas also had a goal in the victory.

St. Clair has been practically unstoppable since its last loss on April 21. The Saints' only blemish since then was a 0-0 tie to St. Clair Shores Lakeview on May 22. Over the past three games, they're outscoring opponents, 20-2.

A win Thursday would give the program its first-ever regional championship. Game time is 6 p.m. at Linden High School.
