After slow start, social media reacts to Ohio State defensive score

Well, this wasn’t what anyone expected from Ohio State after a bye-week. The offense looked out of sync and the defense looked somewhat flat until early in the second quarter when the Buckeye D made something happen.

OSU had Maryland backup deep in their own territory facing a third down and ten yards to go. Josh Proctor read the curl route perfectly and jumped the passing lane for the interception. Proctor didn’t have far to go, following some blocks for 24 yards before finding himself in the end zone.

Fans are understandably restless but are starting to see some signs of life. Let’s take a look at some of the best reactions from social media to the pick-six.
