Six Tennessee soccer players named to 2022 SEC Preseason Watch List
Six Tennessee student-athletes have been named to the 2022 Southeastern Conference Soccer Preseason Watch List.
The Lady Vols are the defending SEC Tournament champions and reached the Round of 16 in the NCAA Tournament last season. Tennessee (20-3) won a program best 20 games in 2021.
Tennessee kicks off its 2022 regular season Thursday at North Carolina. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m. EDT and the match will be broadcasted on ACC Network Extra.
Tennessee defeated Notre Dame and Dayton in exhibition matches ahead of regular season play.
The Lady Vols open the 2022 campaign ranked No. 11 in the United Soccer Coaches preseason poll.
