Want to get to know our winner a little better? Check out what Mady had to say.

  • How long have you been playing your sport and how did you get started? I have done two years of stunt at Serrano. In eighth grade, I watched a Serrano stunt game and I was amazed, I knew I wanted to do that when I went to high school.

  • What do you like most about your sport? It gives me the opportunity to fly and tumble and be part of a team striving to be the best we can be.

  • Do you have a pregame ritual? I hydrate, stretch and eat an In-N-Out cheeseburger, plain, fries light well and a Coke.

  • What is your most memorable sports moment? Being part of the First Serrano Stunt team to go to CIF, and getting the point of Partner Stunt 5 as well as Pyramids & Tosses 6.

  • If you could be someone else for the day, who would it be and why? I would be my mom. So I could see the world through her eyes and let her have a day of rest from all that she does for me and my siblings.

  • Someone hands you $1 million dollars how would you spend it? I would save money to pay for my future college degree as a cardiologist, invest in local therapy centers for special needs kids in the High Desert and buy myself a little pink car.

  • Where would you go if you could travel anywhere in the world and why? Anywhere I could spend time with my family and friends.

  • If you had an extra hour every day, how would you spend it? Because of my studies, school, cheer and stunt, I wish I could get an extra hour of sleep every day.

  • What superpower do you wish you had? The power to heal those that hurt.

  • Favorite sports team: I love all stunt teams.

  • Favorite athlete: My coaches who constantly push me to be better. Also Kayla because she always helps me work on my tumbling skills.

  • Favorite superhero: My little brother Ollie because he fights so hard to overcome everything the doctors told us he would never do.

  • Favorite show: “Saved by the Bell”

  • Favorite movie: “Moana”

  • Favorite song: Anything by Eminem, but especially “Rap God”

  • Favorite meal: Fettuccine Alfredo with breadsticks at Olive Garden

  • Favorite local restaurant: Olive Garden

  • Favorite app: Spotify
