Seminole Golf Club head professional Matt Cahill, who finished tied for second in last year’s PGA Professional Championship, headlines a group of 13 area pros who are playing in the PGA Professional Championship that starts Sunday at Fields Ranch’s East and West Courses at PGA Frisco.

Cahill finished a shot behind champion Braden Shattuck last year despite playing only one of the two courses in practice rounds because of his duties of running the George L. Coleman Invitational at Seminole. Cahill left for Texas on Friday, so he will again only see one of the two courses.
