See Mississippi State basketball's Cameron Matthews throw down emphatic dunk vs Tennessee
NASHVILLE — Mississippi State basketball played a nearly perfect half in the 2024 SEC Tournament quarterfinals against Tennessee, and Cameron Matthews delivered the exclamation point.
Cutting to the basket, Matthews received a past from Jimmy Bell in the post.
He rose up, cocked the ball behind his ear, and delivered a tomahawk-style dunk through contact.

Matthews led the Bulldogs with 12 points in the half, connecting on all five of his attempts from the field.
It was a fantastic 20 minutes for the Mississippi State offense as a whole. The Bulldogs shot 62% from the field and scored 28 points in the paint.
That allowed MSU to enter the halftime break with a 38-19 lead.
