Seahawks initial 53-man roster projection going into 2023 preseason
The Seattle Seahawks are playing their first game of the year tonight, hosting the Minnesota Vikings at Lumen Field in their 2023 preseason debut. This time of year coaches and their staffs are focused on trimming the fat from their rosters as they prepare to cut down from 90 players to 53 at the end of the August.
Yesterday we shared 40 players who we believed are safe to make the initial 53-man roster. Now let’s see who out of the other 50 we are expecting to take the other 13 spots. Here’s our initial 53-man roster projection for the Seahawks going into their preseason slate.
