Tokyo Olympics schedule: US women's water polo begins defense of gold; USWNT returns; swimming begins
After suffering a 3-0 loss to Sweden in the opening match of the United States' group stage, the USWNT will look to get back on track against New Zealand Saturday.
The same day will feature the start of 3x3 basketball. The United States women's team will open their schedule against France.
The United States' men's 3x3 team did not qualify to compete at the Tokyo Olympics.
The U.S. women’s water polo team has won every major tournament it has entered in recent years and is favored to win a third straight gold medal in Tokyo. The team will opens group play against Japan.
