The veteran will take home $30.3 million with this option as he enters his final season of a three-year deal he signed in 2017.
Millsap averaged 12.6 points and 7.6 rebounds per game for the Nuggets this past season while helping lead a talented roster to within a win of the Western Conference finals.
With this option, the Nuggets keep Millsap and hold onto a $9.2 million mid-level exception while remaining clear of the luxury tax next year.
