REPORT: Alabama basketball to host C-USA Player of the Year Tylor Perry next week
Joe Tipton of On3 has reported that Nate Oats and the Alabama men’s basketball team are expected to receive a visit next week from the reigning Conference USA Player of the Year, Tylor Perry.
Perry averaged over 17 points per game for the North Texas Mean Green during the 2022-23 season and shot an impressive 41.3% from behind the arc on around six attempts per game.
Perry entered the transfer portal on April 4 and is expected to land somewhere within the SEC. Currently, On3 gives Arkansas a 37.8% chance of landing Perry while the Crimson Tide has a 33.1% chance.
Perry would be a great addition to the Alabama backcourt for the 2023-23 season.
