Reincarnate has two third-place finishes under Yakteen at Oaklawn — the Grade 2 Rebel on Feb. 25 and the Arkansas Derby. … Reincarnate opened his career with three straight runner-up finishes before finally breaking his maiden Nov. 25 at Del Mar. … Reincarnate is one of two sons of Good Magic expected to run in the Kentucky Derby, joining Mage. A third, Blazing Sevens, dropped out Sunday. Good Magic was the runner-up to Justify in the 2018 Derby.
