Ravens CB Rock Ya-Sin reveals why he chose to sign in Baltimore

The Baltimore Ravens signed cornerback Rock Ya-Sin to a one-year deal worth up to $6 million following the 2023 NFL draft. He will slot in next to fellow cornerback Marlon Humphrey as the veterans of the position group, while younger players round out the cornerbacks currently on the roster.

Following a mandatory minicamp practice, Ya-Sin spoke to the media and was asked a plethora of questions. When asked about why he chose to sign with the Ravens, he talked about how he liked the fit, the defense and the culture, while emphasizing that the organization felt like the right place for him to be.

“I liked the fit. I liked the defense, liked the culture. I liked the organization. [There are] a lot of really good players to compete with, guys to learn from, a great locker room. [It’s a] great organization. I just felt like it was a good fit for me.”
