Ravens Beat Steelers, 30-17, Advance to AFC Divisional Round
Steve Smith Sr had a big night for the offense, leading the way to a sound victory for the Ravens over the Steelers, 30-17 in Pittsburgh. With the victory, Baltimore advances to the AFC Divisional Round.
Joe Flacco found the end zone for two scores against the Steelers on 18 of 29 passing for 259 yards and no interceptions. In comparison, Ben Roethlisberger went 31 of 45 with 334 yards passing, one touchdown and two picks for the Steelers.
Justin Forsett had a rough game, rushing for 36 yards on 16 carries with one fumble. Smith Sr pulled in five balls for 101 yards.
The Baltimore defense was the deciding factor in the victory, giving up 68 yards rushing and 356 passing. They harassed Roethlisberger and the Steelers offensive line with an imposing five sacks.
Finally, Justin Tucker was perfect, connecting on all three of his field goal attempts.
Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown had a big day with 117 receiving yards. Wide receiver Martavis Bryant also had a noteworthy performance with 61 receiving yards and one touchdown.
