The hierarchy of the 2021 Heisman Trophy race did not change all that much in Week 4, but one of the biggest names making a run at the award continued to slide further out of the picture. Oklahoma’s Spencer Rattler did not play his best game against West Virginia, complicating his chances at being a serious contender after opening the season as the favorite to hoist the trophy.
