Rally falls short, South Carolina Stingrays defeat Jacksonville Icemen Saturday

Turning point: South Carolina Stingrays forward Austin Magera scored only 67 seconds into the game, the first of three consecutive goals for the visitors Saturday night, defeating the Jacksonville Icemen 3-2 in ECHL hockey at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena.

Penalty box: Brendan Harris scored a power-play early in the third period to bring the Icemen (13-9-2-0) back into the game. ... South Carolina received only three penalties, two for delay of game, and Jacksonville committed none.
