Raiders request interview with Bills’ Terrance Gray for general manager job

The Las Vegas have requested an interview with a member of the Buffalo Bills front office regarding their vacant general manager position.

The Raiders have interest in Terrance Gray according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. Gray is currently the Bills’ director of player personnel:

Gray began his career in Buffalo in 2017 when the team hired head coach Sean McDermott and general manager Brandon Beane. Since then, Gray has worked his way up through the organization.

Originally hired as the team’s director of college scouting, Gray was promoted to assistant director of player personnel then moved up again in 2022. That latter promotion came about when the New York Giants hired Joe Schoen as their general manager, who was previously Buffalo’s assistant general manager.

In late October during the 2023 season, the Raiders shook up their team by firing head coach Josh McDaniels and general manager Dave Ziegler. Las Vegas named assistant GM Champ Kelly as the team’s interim general manager at the time.

Bills Wire will continue to bring updates relating to any interviews members of the team’s front office have throughout the offseason.
