Pittsburgh Steelers blow out Cincinnati Bengals in NFL Week 16 | Highlights, replay

The Cincinnati Bengals (8-6) face the Pittsburgh Steelers (7-7) in an AFC North showdown in NFL Week 16. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on NBC, WLWT-TV (Channel 5).

Cincinnati is coming off an overtime win over the Minnesota Vikings while Pittsburgh is on a three-game skid.

The Bengals will be without wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase while the Steelers will start quarterback Mason Rudolph in place of Mitch Trubisky.

Kicker Chris Boswell converted a 30-yard field goal to make it 23-point game as the Steelers salt the game away.

Cincinnati is all-but eliminated from playoff contention as they're now 0-5 in the AFC North.

It took the Bengals three quarters to score double digits, but they only trail by 20 entering the final quarter. The Steelers will get the ball back looking to extend their lead. Evan McPherson's 35-yard field goal got the Bengals within 20.

The Steelers answered the Bengals' explosive touchdown with one of their own. Wide receiver George Pickens scored a 66-yard touchdown on a third-and-1 play when Bengals cornerback Chidobe Awuzie was unable to tackle the rookie receiver. The Bengals defense only has one stop in the game.

The Cincinnati Bengals got an explosive play for a touchdown on their first possession of the second half. Wide receiver Tee Higgins scored an 80-yard touchdown on a pass from quarterback Jake Browning. Browning completed a pass to running back Joe Mixon to convert the two-point conversion to make it a two-score game.

The Pittsburgh Steelers scored on four of their five drives in a dominant first-half performance over the Cincinnati Bengals. Kicker Chris Boswell converted a 50-yard field goal to make it 24-0 Steelers. Pittsburgh will receive the second-half kickoff.

After a failed challenge on a third-down Joe Mixon run in the red zone, the Bengals failed to convert a 4th-and-1 attempt when Jake Browning threw an incomplete pass. Pittsburgh takes over near the two-minute warning.

The Cincinnati Bengals defense gave up a long scoring drive to the Pittsburgh Steelers, which ended with a touchdown early in the second quarter. Pittsburgh has 172 yards on 12 offensive plays and was averaging a little over 16 points per game today.

The Bengals drove into Steelers territory, but gave the ball back to Pittsburgh on a third-down play. Quarterback Jake Browning escaped a pass rush, rolled out to his right and threw an interception in the end zone. After the Bengals failed to get more than one first down on their first possession, the Steelers capitalized quickly. Quarterback Mason Rudolph hit wide receiver George Pickens for a short completion that turned into an 86-yard touchdown pass. Kicker Chris Boswell completed the point-after-touchdown attempt to give the Steelers the early lead.

The Bengals are 6-6-2 against the spread this year while the Steelers are 7-7.
