Prep Roundup: Jake Gill comes up big in Norwayne's win over Hillsdale

Jake Gill stepped up when it mattered most to lead Norwayne to a huge WCAL win.
Gill's two-out single in the ninth inning won the game for the Bobcats and the senior also went 8⅔ scoreless innings on the mound to keep Hillsdale's powerful lineup quiet.
The win helped the Bobcats split the season series with the Falcons, keeping them atop the league ahead of a series with Dalton this week that has conference title implications for both teams.

Orrville got perhaps its biggest win of the season in walk-off fashion over PAC-7 rival Triway. Andrew Hills doubled in the bottom of the 10th to score the game-winning run as the Red Riders continued playing some of the best baseball in the area.
'Orrville finished the week tied with Triway for first place in the PAC-7.
