Henry fired seven innings of one-run ball against the Pirates last week, earning his first big league win in his second career start. … In his first start, which took place at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Henry gave up four runs in five innings, the big blow coming in the form of a three-run home run in the fifth inning. … He has averaged 91.7 mph with his fastball while leaning most heavily on a slider that comes in at 86 mph. He also has a curveball and a change-up… Feltner has made 10 appearances this season, nine starts, but has not managed to pitch consistently. He has turned in a handful of solid-to-decent starts, but he has pitched at least six innings only twice. … He averaged 94.6 mph with his fastball but opponents see it well; they are hitting .326 with a .605 slugging off the pitch. His slider has a solid 25 percent whiff rate but he has allowed a .277 average and .468 slugging with it.

Gallen fired seven scoreless innings against the Pirates last week, saying later that he felt he had all of his pitches working, including his slider, a pitch that has eluded him for much of this season. … He has been throwing well of late, posting a 1.72 ERA in his past five starts with eight walks and 30 strikeouts in 31 1/3 innings. … Urena faced the Diamondbacks last week at Chase Field, giving up three runs in six innings. In seven starts since moving into the Rockies’ rotation, Urena has a 4.86 ERA with 19 walks and 19 strikeouts in 37 innings. … He has had a lot of trouble this season against left-handed hitters, who have a .326/.426/.435 line off him.

Davies bounced back on Aug. 7, pitching five innings with four hits and no earned runs. ... Ahead of the 2022 season, Senzatela agreed to a five-year, $50 million contract with the Rockies. ... Senzatela last pitched on Aug. 6 against the Diamondbacks, throwing seven innings with nine hits and two earned runs in a game the Rockies won, 3-2.
