Pam Oliver will return to Fox Sports for 29th season as NFL sideline reporter

Fox Sports reporter Pam Oliver has been a constant presence on the NFL sidelines since she debuted with the network in 1995. That streak will continue for another year as Oliver has confirmed she'll return in the fall for her 29th season.

“I’m committed for another year,” Oliver said in an interview with The Athletic Tuesday night. “Beyond that, it’s a process where you sit down and think about it. It’s a two-way street, of course. I’ve kind of been assured for as long as I want to do this job, I can, and they’ve been really good about figuring out where I am and what I’d like to do.

Pam Oliver's final game of the season for Fox Sports was last Saturday's NFC divisional playoff between the Giants and Eagles in Philadelphia.

During her career at Fox, Oliver, 61, has worked with the top broadcast teams in the business -- from Pat Summerall and John Madden to Joe Buck and Troy Aikman to this year's pairing with Joe Davis and Daryl Johnston.

"I appreciate the longevity and I think about it. I think longevity is a beautiful thing,” she said.

Oliver's current contract with Fox runs through the end of 2023.
