Packers vs. Giants: Best anytime NFL TD scorer bets for Monday Night Football in Week 14

Week 14 of the NFL season closes out with a Monday Night Football double-header for the last time in 2023. The Tennessee Titans (4-8) and Miami Dolphins (9-3) play on ESPN. On ABC, two of the oldest NFC franchises face off with the Green Bay Packers (6-6) taking on the New York Giants (4-8) in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

The Packers head to New York on a three-game winning streak and 4-1 in their last five games. After a 2-5 start, the Packers are in the playoff race for a Wild Card spot in the NFC. Quarterback Jordan Love has played his best football of the season during this winning streak, throwing eight touchdowns to zero interceptions. Last week's 27-19 win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football sets Green Bay up in good position. The Packers are in the playoff hunt with five games to go, none of which against teams with a winning record as of Week 13.

NFL playoff clinching scenarios: Cowboys, Eagles, 49ers can secure spots in Week 14

The first of those teams, the Giants, come into Monday Night Football after their bye. Prior to that, the Giants won their last two games over New England and Washington. New York's defense tallied an incredible nine takeaways in those two wins combined. Backup quarterback Tommy DeVito has posted a quarterback rating over 100 in each of those wins. But the Giants still have the worst offense in the NFL by yards per game and the fifth-worst defense.

Green Bay needs a win on the road on MNF to keep pace in the NFC playoff race and potentially catch division-leading Detroit. New York's looking to string together three wins after starting the season 2-8.

Best anytime touchdown bets for Week 14 Monday Night Football

All odds courtesy of DraftKings as of Sunday afternoon.

Green Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon (+110)

Only one team has allowed more rushing touchdowns than the Giants have in 2023. The Giants' rushing defense is also fourth-worst in the league with 136.1 yards per game allowed. Green Bay's rushing attack is averaging more than 120 yards per game over their last five matchups. The Packers will likely focus on the running game once again and Dillon will likely be in great position to score on Monday Night Football, especially with fellow running back Aaron Jones returning after five weeks.

New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley (+110)

Barkley leads the Giants in touchdowns with five total this season. New York's rushing attack has struggled on the winning streak but could get relief this week. Green Bay's rushing defense is third-worst in the league in yards allowed and Barkley could have a big role in New York's game plan on Monday Night Football. The Packers have allowed four touchdowns to running backs in their last four games. Barkley is New York's best hope for a score on MNF.

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed (+155)

Love has spread the ball out pretty evenly among the Packers receivers during the three-game winning streak. Reed gets the nod here, though, as the Giants have allowed lots of production to slot receivers recently. Patriots' slot receiver Demario Douglas had a team-high nine targets and six catches in New England's loss in Week 12. Two weeks earlier, Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb had a team-high 14 targets and 11 catches in Week 10. Reed could have great opportunities to score on Monday Night Football from there as well.

New York Giants wide receiver Jalin Hyatt (+425)

It's tough to choose another touchdown scorer for the Giants in this one. The rest of the Giants' skill position players have scored just eight total touchdowns compared to Barkley's five. In this case, go with the hot hand. Hyatt had a season-high five catches for 109 yards last time out against the Patriots. Green Bay has allowed just 13 passing touchdowns in 2023, tied for fourth-fewest in the league. Hyatt's speed could make a difference on Monday Night Football and potentially be New York's best choice for scoring outside of Barkley.
