Orlando Brown Jr. highlights first Bengals vs. 49ers injury report

The Cincinnati Bengals come out of the bye week looking pretty healthy before the game against the San Francisco 49ers.

Wednesday’s injury report featured just two notable listings:

There aren’t many major shockers coming out of the bye, with Akeem Davis-Gaither taking longer than the team expected.

Of note was Orlando Brown Jr. giving fans a brief scare by not really working during Monday’s session, but he and head coach Zac Taylor later told reporters that it was essentially an extra day of rest and he’s good to go after aggravating an injury before the bye week.

Bigger than anything on the Cincinnati side was the surprise announcement from the 49ers about starting quarterback Brock Purdy.
