Troy Franklin's record-setting season at Oregon will also be his last.

The junior wide receiver announced he is foregoing his final season of eligibility to enter the 2024 NFL Draft.

Franklin set single-season Oregon records this fall for receptions (81), receiving yards (1,383) and receiving touchdowns (14).

He also became the Ducks' all-time leader in receiving touchdowns (25) and is seventh in career receiving yards (2,483) and is tied for seventh in career receptions (160).

Franklin went on to be named a second team all-American by the FWAA, AP and Sporting News, and first-team all-Pac-12.

Franklin is the third UO underclassman to declare for the draft, joining running back Bucky Irving and center Jackson Powers-Johnson.

Oregon coach Dan Lanning said Friday that Irving was still practicing with the team, an indication that he will play in the Fiesta Bowl against Liberty on Jan. 1.
