OHSAA playoffs | Complete Ohio high school football first-round schedule, Oct. 27

Here are the complete first-round pairings for the Ohio High School Athletic Association football state playoffs. The playoff field and pairings were determined by the OHSAA computer ratings, which were finalized earlier Sunday morning.

A total of 448 schools – the top 16 in each region – qualify for the state playoffs. The postseason culminates in the OHSAA state championship games Nov. 30 - Dec. 2 at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton. It's the third straight year all of the state finals will be in Canton.

Pairings shown with regional seed. Seeds 1-8 will host the game unless otherwise noted. All games will be played at 7 p.m. Friday unless indicated otherwise.
