Ohio State football class of 2023 performance tracker
As we eagerly await the kickoff of the Ohio State football season, we can pass the time by monitoring some of the top prospects that have committed to the Buckeyes in the class of 2023. As it stands, Ohio State currently has the sixth-ranked class in the nation, but the hope is after one of the biggest recruiting weekends in Ohio State history, they will rise up these rankings.
This class appears to be offense-heavy with a few stud receivers and some intriguing offensive linemen, but the Buckeyes need to add some more defensive help. I wanted to provide a brief recap of some of the top recruits in the Ohio State class and how they have performed so far during their high school season.
Brandon Inniss, WR, American Heritage (FL)
Brandon Innis is off to a hot start in 2022 as he has already snagged eight receptions for 256 yards and three touchdowns.

Noah Rogers, WR, Rolesville (NC)
Noah Rogers and his Rolesville squad have had a tough start to the season and were just blown out 47-0 last week by East Forsyth, but they will be looking to bounce back.

Luke Montgomery, OT, Findlay (OH)
Luke Montgomery’s Findlay squad has also started off rough at 0-2 and lost last week to Perrysburg, 49-21, but we will see if they can bounce back against Bowling Green this week.

Jason Moore, DL, DeMatha Catholic (MD)
Another future Buckeye started their season off with a loss as Jason Moore and DeMatha Catholic lost to Cardinal Gibbons, 11-6, but Moore and his squad will be looking to bounce back against Rock Creek Christian Academy.

Carnell Tate, WR, IMG Academy (FL)
What has been a theme on this list, Carnell Tate and IMG Academy suffered a loss last week to Central, 20-14. IMG Academy is one of the best football teams in the country and will surely bounce back.
