UFC on FOX 10 Fighter Bonuses: Alex Caceres Earns Two Post-Fight Awards
Donald Cerrone, Alex Caceres and Sergio Pettis earned bonuses for their outstanding performances at UFC on Fox 10 on Saturday night.
The fighters banked an additional $50,000 each for their efforts on the fight card that took place at the United Center in Chicago.
Cerrone earned the Knockout of the Night for his finish of Adriano Martins in their main card fight. With a perfectly placed head kick, Cerrone put Martins to sleep at the 4:40 mark of the first round.
The Submission of the Night went to Caceres for his finish of Pettis. With a rear-naked choke, Caceres defeated the little brother of the current UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis at 4:39 in the final round.
Caceres and Pettis also earned the Fight of the Night bonus for their performances on the final preliminary card fight. As a result of the two awards, Caceres takes home a total of $100,000 in bonus money.
